OTR Drive-Through Petrol Station Construction Support

Hard Bakka Rigging was proud to support the delivery of the first-ever OTR drive-through petrol station in Prestons, NSW. This modern service station combines retail convenience with fuel access, featuring an innovative drive-through layout for customer ease and efficiency. Our team was engaged to assist with the structural steel erection and rigging services required to bring this project to life.

This project included the installation of the fuel canopy structure, support columns, signage brackets, and other prefabricated steel components. Our crew worked closely with builders and engineers to ensure that all structural elements were lifted, aligned, and fixed into position with maximum safety and precision.

Given the nature of the site—located near a high-traffic area—logistics and timing were critical. Our team coordinated lifts outside peak traffic hours to minimise disruption and maintain compliance with local safety standards. As part of our process, we submitted Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) prior to mobilisation and ensured our riggers were fully certified and inducted.
