Hard Bakka Rigging was engaged to deliver the structural steel erection for a warehouse project in North Rocks. This project involved the installation of core steel components to form the structural framework of a modern industrial warehouse facility. Our team of experienced riggers worked seamlessly over three weeks to ensure that all elements were installed with precision, stability, and strict adherence to engineering specifications.

The North Rocks site presented several logistical and operational challenges due to restricted access and tight coordination windows. However, our crew maintained strong communication with the project managers, engineers, and crane operators to overcome these constraints. The steel structure included large-span roof trusses, steel columns, and mezzanine support systems, all of which required careful lifting, alignment, and secure bolting under strict safety protocols.

As with all Hard Bakka Rigging projects, we prioritised safety and quality control throughout. Our team prepared comprehensive SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) before mobilising to site, outlining the risk mitigation steps specific to this warehouse erection. Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) were also submitted and signed off in collaboration with the client to ensure each construction milestone was completed to exact specification.
