Hard Bakka Rigging was engaged to deliver comprehensive rigging solutions for a manufacturing warehouse project in Fairfield East. This job required the installation and positioning of 24 tonnes of structural steel and prefabricated elements over a 12-day period—all completed with zero safety incidents and full compliance with WHS regulations.

Our experienced team of 3 to 5 riggers worked with precision and coordination, utilising a 3T Maeda mini crane and 19ft electric scissor lifts to safely manoeuvre materials within the constraints of an active industrial site. The scope involved installing key structural components for the facility’s extension, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and alignment to support both structural integrity and the client’s operational needs.

Due to the tight project timeline, our team implemented an optimised lift plan and pre-coordinated delivery schedules to minimise delays. We collaborated closely with site supervisors and engineers to ensure load management, placement accuracy, and smooth transitions between lift stages. Thanks to detailed planning and clear communication, the project was delivered on time and on budget.
