Hard Bakka Rigging was selected to deliver the structural steel installation for the Putney Hills residential development, a prestigious high-end housing project by Fraser Properties, one of Australia’s top-tier residential developers. Homes in this development were marketed at $3 to $4 million each, and our awarded steel works contract was valued at $750,000.
Our engagement began with the successful assembly of a prototype house, a prerequisite for winning the full contract. This demonstrated our ability to meet exacting structural and design standards under tight deadlines.
Throughout the 90-day project, our team worked closely with the builder to handle frequent client-driven design changes while maintaining high precision, schedule, and safety expectations.
Using a suite of lifting equipment including a 30T Crane, 4T Maeda, 32Ft Diesel Scissor Lift, and 2.5T Telehandler, we carried out the structural works efficiently and without incident.
